George Dominguez got his start as an electrician in Los Angeles — working on industrial buildings and sound stages — before relocating to San Diego in 1983. He earned his electrical contractor license in 1986 with an early focus on high-end custom homes, then expanded into general contracting by 1990, serving commercial, residential, and institutional clients across Southern California. His general engineering license adds right-of-way and public infrastructure capabilities that most general contractors cannot offer.
