While we are experienced in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional construction, our primary focus is serving public agencies, including school districts, water districts, port districts, municipalities, and federal agencies.

Oak meadows elementary school classroom relocation
Menifee unified school district

Relocation and renovation of 8 district-owned modular classroom buildings. Scope of work included building transportation, site work at destination site (grading, underground utilities, concrete flatwork, and fencing), as well as the renovation of the newly-set buildings (new fire alarm and data systems, painting, wallcovering, and flooring). |
SWING SPACE SITE WORK
LONG BEACH COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT

Infrastructure for 30 future modular classrooms. Scope of work included grading, paving, underground utilities (sewer, water, and electrical), new 12kVA electrical transformer, concrete flatwork, fencing, and parking lot striping. |
KIMBALL HOUSE RESTORATION & ada upgrades

ADA upgrades for city-owned historic house and public museum. Scope of work included the construction of a new ADA public restroom, installation of a wheelchair lift, concrete flatwork, and landscaping; restoration items included the repair and restoration of windows, interior renovations/repairs, and building shoring & foundation repairs. |
SAN DIEGO CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL CUSTOMER RESTROOM

G.A. Dominguez supplied and installed a new modular restroom building at the passenger waiting area inside the cruise ship terminal. Scope of work included site preparation; concrete cutting and patching to accommodate new utilities; sewer, plumbing & electrical connections; and custom metal ramps for restroom access. |
