How to Access Our Plans and Specs

To facilitate our subcontractors and suppliers in bidding on upcoming projects, we make plans and specs available on our site for most projects on a dedicated Google collaboration site. As our Google site includes built-in viewers, you will not need any special software to open or work with our electronic bidding files.

Our staff reviews each subcontractor/vendor registration request. Upon review, we will send you an email containing access information, including how to create a free Google account login.

Important Note: Bid documents are large in size and will take a few minutes to download. If your browser appears not to be responding, please give it a minute or two.
