How to Access Our Plans and Specs

To facilitate our subcontractors and suppliers in bidding on upcoming projects, we make plans and specs available on our site for most projects. Access requires that you be a registered user on our site. Once you have completed the online vendor registration, we will provide you with a login and password to our secure bid documents. Our staff reviews each vendor registration form submitted, and your login and password will be provided to you in 1-2 business days. If you require immediate access, please email us.

PLANS - Plans are generally available in .TIFF format. If you need a .TIFF viewer, we recommend you download the FREE Brava Reader at http://www.bravaviewer.com/downloadreader.htm.

SPECS - Specs and other bid documents are ususally provided in .PDF format. The most widely used PDF viewer is Adobe's FREE Acrobat Reader. Brava Reader, and many other plug-ins will handle these documents as well.
